Who we are

D3 Wellness Coach (ketoexpert.org) is a private keto coaching workspace operated by your coach. It is used only by clients who were invited by the coach.

What we store

• Account details: your name, email address and role (member or coach).
• Coaching profile: programme start date, height, starting weight and the targets your coach sets.
• Daily logs you enter: food entries, cooking oil, water, weight observations and optional activity.
• Coaching notes your coach publishes to you, and whether you have opened them.

We do not store payment card details, we do not collect location data, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.

Who can see your data

You can always see your own data. Your coach can see the data of clients in their own coaching organisation. Nobody else can. This isolation is enforced in the database itself with row-level security, not just in the app screens.

Why we store it

Solely to provide coaching: to show your own history back to you and to let your coach review your progress and respond. Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Nutrition values

Nutrition figures come from public reference data and from branded label values where available. Figures that are general estimates are labelled as estimates in the app. Once a day is logged, its nutrition snapshot is stored with the entry, so later catalog edits never rewrite your history.

Your rights

• Export: download everything we hold about you as a JSON file from your Account page.
• Delete: delete your account and all of your logged data permanently from your Account page. Deletion cannot be undone.
• Correct: edit or remove any diary entry, weight or activity record yourself at any time.

Retention

Your data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your diary entries, oil, water, activity, weight records, messages, coaching profile and login are removed permanently.

Emails

We send account emails only: invitations, password resets and coaching reminders related to your own programme. We do not send marketing campaigns.
