Invitation-only access

D3 Wellness Coach (ketoexpert.org) is a private workspace. Accounts are created only through an invitation link from your coach. There is no public sign-up, and you may not share your login with anyone else.

Coaching guidance, not medical advice

Everything in this app — targets, notes, plateau signals and attention flags — is nutrition coaching guidance based on the data you log. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment or monitoring service. If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking prescribed medication, speak to a qualified medical professional before making dietary changes.

Your responsibilities

• Log honestly. Coaching decisions are only as good as the data you enter.
• Keep your password private and use a password you do not reuse elsewhere.
• Do not attempt to access another client's data or interfere with the service.

Nutrition data accuracy

Nutrition values come from public reference tables and branded labels. Values that are general estimates are labelled as estimates. Portion sizes, cooking styles and household measures always carry some variation, so totals should be read as a close guide rather than a laboratory measurement.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but it is provided as-is without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Installed on your phone, the app can still open its recent screens without a network connection, but new logging needs a connection to save.

Your data and your account

You own the data you log. You can export it as a file or delete your account and all of its data at any time from your Account page. Deletion is permanent. Coach accounts cannot be deleted from within the app, so a client's coaching history is never removed by accident.

Ending coaching

Your coach may remove your access when your coaching programme ends. You can delete your own account yourself at any time.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
